Hands of Hope

These programmes are the means by which Love Botswana extends the love of Christ in evangelism, helps, encouragement, giving and mercy. The programmes also provide platforms for its congregation as well as local and international volunteers and supporters to participate in the provision of this love and service. At the same time, the ministries are practical and life giving. As such they support government initiatives by filling in the gap where government needs civil society support.

Child Advocacy

This programme was established formally in 2004 in order to carry out the aims of the Mission through the provision of services that would address the social welfare and community needs of disadvantaged children, youth and their families at large. The end goal of the programme is to support and enable those in need so that they might move from crisis to self-sufficiency.

Community Outreach

The Community Outreach programme is the conduit for delivering practical ministry to the broader community of Maun. It is a benevolence programme designed specifically to secure resources for those children and families, including the disabled and elderly, who need support in order to move from a crisis situation to that of self-support. These services are complementary to those available through various government programs and include direct delivery of physical resources as well as psycho-social support and comfort.
